Ke (Kinetic Energy) = (1/2)m*v^2
m = mass
v = speed

u = 1.66 x 10^-27 kg
12u = 1.99 x 10^-26 kg

Ke = (1/2)(1.99 x 10^-26 kg)*(2 x 10^6m/s)^2

Ke = 3.98 x 10^-12. Convert this to KeV or w/e.
