I have a diamond ring with the marks "KOBI 14K" inside. I know what the 14K stands for; but, what does the "KOBI" mean?

In Los Angeles, Kobi Katz is also famous for jewelry. If you take your ring to a reputable jeweler you should be able to find out where it was cut/made.
