its easy just use the equation y=mx+b
-4=2(-7/2)+b
multiply 2 times -7/2 by adding a 1 to the bottom.
then u get -7/2
then u take the -7/2 and change it to positive and to the other side with the -4 then u subtract because positive and negative make negative. and u get 3/2
