Ones digit is 5, leaving 8 remaining to get 13. The other three digits must add to 8. To be twice the hundreds digit, the thousands digit has to be an even number, 8, 6, 4 or 2. With either 8 or 6, the hundreds number would be too large (4 or 3). So the thousands digit must be 4 or 2. If it is 4, then half is 2 and the tens digit must be 2, in other words 4225.

However, if the thousands digit is 2, then the hundreds digit would be 1, giving you 2155.

Unless you have some additional information about the tens digit, either answer applies.
