5 oz (150g) Butter - softened

5 oz (150g) superfine (castor) sugar
6 oz (175g) self-raising flour

Can you please help me convert this recipe to cups or tablespoons(ect.)

a neat calcuator. On the indredients, you have to choose dry or wet. I think for butter, I would chose wet.
These sites convert grams to appropriate units of volume measurement.
