Did you use NaOCl as the bleach. If not, substitute the appropriate numbers for the bleach used.
5.50% means 5.50 g NaOCl per 100 mL soln.
Convert 5.50 g to moles. moles = grams/molar mass.
This is moles/100 mL. Multipoly that number by 10 to obtain moles/L and that will be moles/L or M.
