Maybe this is to figure the size of a jail cell????
P = 2L + 2W
48 = 2L + 2(L - 2)
48 = 4L - 4
52 = 4L
13 = L
P = 2L + 2W
48 = 2L + 2(L - 2)
48 = 4L - 4
52 = 4L
13 = L
