h(x)= 3x^(5) + 2x^(4) + 15x^(3) + 10x^(2) - 528x - 352

for this equation how would I know to use the square root of 11 in synthetic division to be a factor?

I used the p / q list but I did not get sqt root of 11 as a possible factor.

could someone help please.

you can group factor

(3x^5+2x^4)=x^4(3x+2)

(15x^3+10^2)=5x^2(3x+2)

(-528x-352)=-176(3x+2)

(3x+2)(x^4+5x^2+176)and continue from here
