A stationary 25kg object is located on a table near the surface of the earth. The coefficient of kinetic friction between the surface is 0.30. Determind the acceleratin of the object.

if it is stationary, it has no acceleration.

if something is stationary, it does not move. acceleration means the change of velocity per time, and the change of velocity for a stationary object is zero.

but my teeacher said since Ffr is less then the horizontal force it has accelerations

oh and the Ffr is 73.5N and the horizontal force is 300N
