What is the molarity of the vinegar solution? 5% means 5 g acetic acid/100 g solution. 5 g acetic acid is ?? moles?
moles = grams/molar mass
100 g is how many mL?
Use density.
Then molarity = M = mols/L soln.

After you know the molarity of 5% acetic acid, then mL x M = mL x M.
