Perimeer of recatacalgle:
P=2*a+2*b
P=2*(a+b)
Perimeter is 16ft
16=2*(a+b) Divided with 2
8=a+b
a+b=8
You mas fid numbers a and b which have sum 8.
That is
a=1 and b=7
a=2 and b=3
a=3 and b=5
a=4 and b=4

It's
1-1-7-7
2-2-6-6
3-3-5-5
not 4-4-4-4 because then all the sides are equal and its a square.
So there are 3 combinations

Wait, Actually it really cant be any of those Remember that to find the perimeter you need to know the length and the width of a rectangle. Therefore, you need two numbers for each answer to this question. Here is an example - a rectangle of 3 x 4 would have a perimeter of 14. So my thoughts for now is 8-8 and 7-9 I cant use a whole number so ya! Anyways I hope this helps you
