Well, if it's a timed test, of course, you can do it in an hour! You pick subject, write the introductory paragraph where the thesis statement often is. Then each paragraph will be a separate point and finally, the conclusion. Then you write like the wind! I have had some students write 2-1/2 pages in less than 10 minutes!
