Exactly 10mL of water at 25 degrees C was added to a hot iron skillet. all of the water was converted into steam at 100 degrees C. If the mass of the pan was 1.20 kg and the molar heat capacity of iron is 25.19 L/mol*C, what was the temp change of the skillet?

Heat absorbed by water to raise temperature from 25 to 100 + heat absorbed by water to vaporize at 100 to steam at 100 + heat lost by iron skillet = 0

[mass water x specific heat water x (Tfinal-Tinitial)] + [mass water x delta Hvap] + [mass Fe skillet x specific heat Fe skillet x (delta T) = 0

You will need joules for unit of specific heat Fe and you solve for delta T.
