Are these sentences correct?

Now I see what you wanted. YOu did want usted.
1. What you wrote actually says "You ought to be able to Hector a book." What you need is the infinitive "to buy."
Usted debe poder comprarle a Héctor un libro.
If you wanted to say "You can buy, etc." it would be "Usted puede comprarle, etc."
2. What you wrote is "My friend that ? I they give to Hector." I'm stuck here because I'm not sure what you are trying to say.
