Use the point-slope formula. y-y1=m(x-x1)
Pick one of the two points you have. y1 = the y point, x1 = the x point, and m = the slope. Plug those numbers in and then rearrange until you get the form x+y=c.
Your answer (if you use the point (-5,-5)) will be (2/3)x-y=(5/3). If you simplify it more and take out the fractions, you'll get 2x-3y=5.
