I got 68. First change (-4)/2 into -2. -2 to the third power is -8. Now your problem is 16 divided by -2 which equals -8. -8 x -8 equals 64. Then you add 4 which equals 68.

So far so good; however, you must comnplete the additions before doing any divisions.
16 divided by 8/12
16 divided by 2/3
16 x 3/2 = ??
16 divided by 8/12
16 divided by 2/3
16 x 3/2 = ??

This response is incorrect for a lot of reason. One is that 2 must be raised to the third power BEFORE adding the 4 and BEFORE doing any of the divisions.
