molality = moles/kg
Solve for molality.

delta T = Kb*molality
Solve for delta T.
Add to normal boiling point.

a. a. (T-100°C)= 0.512°C /molal x 0.50 mol/ 1.00 kg
T=100°C + 0.256°C = 100.256°C
