What weight of water is required to fill a 80 gallon aquarium?

Using the density formula:p=m/v you can find the mass of water by re-arranging the formula to pv=m
(Density of Water)*(80 gallons)=mass of water.
To find the weight in kN, used Fg=mg
Plug in m and g to get Fg
Fg=(mass of water[found in first part])*(acceleration due to gravity)
this should give it to you in Newtons(N) so divide it by 1000 to get it to kN.
