You have to make an equation and plug in the information based off what you are given.
Perimeter= 2(W)+2(L) [1st equation]
and they told us the Length= 29+w [2nd equation]
so plug that into the first equation
P=2W+2(29+W)
150=2W+2(29+W)
solve for W(width) then plug that answer into the second equation to get the L(length)
Perimeter= 2(W)+2(L) [1st equation]

so plug that into the first equation
P=2W+2(29+W)
