Does it have to be informative, persuasive, etc? Your best bet would be to do something that is interesting you because, you don't need to really memorize anything because you can just state your opinions on it and then it'll be easier to talk about it for as long as you need too.

Well, I'd recommend something you have a strong oppinion on and something that'll grab people.
For example not many people would enjoy listening to a speech about one type of snail being superior to the other, reagrdless of whether your right or wrong.
But something like "Alcohol vs Drugs" , "Violence and video Games", or "Are we a Racist society?" would have people thinking as you speak.
