use substitution to find the respective values of a, b, and, c then simply square a, b, and c. and add their squares

try combinations of 3 of those such as
9 * 9 * 9
9 + 9 + 9 = 27, well that is not it so try
27 * 3 * 9
27 + 3 + 9 = 39 nope, keep trying
81 * 3 * 3
81 + 3 + 3 = 87 nope, keep trying
By the way, I can not find a solution with positive integers.
