Is it more expensive to live in the country or city? ...for example, here in Georgia?

Depends on which city your comparing it to. I live in Missouri and there's not too much difference, although I think it would be more expensive to live in the city. I think it comes down to lifestyle though.

In general, it's more expensive to live in a city than in the country. Land is more plentiful in the country, so house prices and rents are lower. However, groceries tend to be higher in the country. And many people drive or take public transportation into cities for jobs and shopping.

Living in the city is more expensive generally speaking. One reason is that property taxes are generally higher.

Oh ok. I was just wondering because we went out today for a picnic and the houses were rather large, so i was wondering whether they'd be more expensive than here...thanks guys =)
