Suppose he had Rs x at the start
After spending 12.5% or .125 of that he
has .875x left
He spends 70% of that, so he has
30% of the .875x
or .3(.875x) left

but .3(.875x) = 210
.2625x = 210
x = 210/.2625
= 800
