break the initial velocity into horizontal and vertical components.
AT the highest point, vv=0
vv=vvi-gt
solve for time to the highest point, then solve for altitude at this point
h= vvi*t-1/2 g t^2
Now for velocity at t=2
solve for each vertical and horizontal component at t=2, then add them as vectors.
