    Two intersections or none are possible
5x + 11 = x^2 + 3x - 4
x^2 - 2x -15 = 0
(x-5)(x+3) = 0
x = +5 then y = +36
x = -3 then y = - 4

5x + 11 = x^2 + 3x - 4
x^2 - 2x -15 = 0
(x-5)(x+3) = 0
x = +5 then y = +36
x = -3 then y = - 4
