I don't understand this problem could someone please explain it? Use the missing factor method to find the quotient: 3/5 / 2/3. Thanks.

If you convert the problem into 3/5 * 3/2, there are not any factors that would cancel out. If you multiply the numerators and denominators, you get
(3*3)/(2*5) = 9/10
