Find the center and radius of the circle
(x+3)^2+(y-5)^2=13
I think the center is (-3,5)
Radius is (13) but I don't know how to show the work for it.

you are correct as to the center.
The radius is √13
(x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2
is the circle centered at (h,k) with radius r.
