sum of the 3 angles
= 2x+40 + x-25 + a = 180
but a = (1/2)(2x+40 + x-25) = (3x + 15)/2
2x+40 + x-25 + (3x + 15)/2 = 180
times 2
4x + 80 + 2x - 50 + 3x + 15 = 360
9x = 315
x = 35
Now you can find each angle by subbing in our definitions
