I'll use the usual subtraction sign, so we have
log(10+9x) - log(11-x) = 2
log (10+9x)/(11-x) = 2
(10+9x)/(11-x) = 10^2
10+9x = 100(11-x)
x = 10
check: log100 - log1 = 2 ✅
