5n+10d+25q = 420
d = q+7
n = q+6
Now solve as usual.

number of quarters --- x
number of dimes = x+7
number of nickels = x+6

25x + 10(x+7) + 5(x+6) = 420

solve for x to get the number of quarters and take it from there.
