well, you managed to mangle the question, but I guess
slope m = (-14-10)/(-13-5) = 4/3
so its point-slope equation is
y-10 = 4/3 (x-5)
written in intercept form, that becomes
x/(-5/2) + y/(10/3) = 1
so the intercepts are at (-5/2,0) and (0,10/3)
slope m = (-14-10)/(-13-5) = 4/3

2 points:
A(5,10) and B(-13,-14)
slope = (-14-10)/(-13-5) = -24/-18 = 4/3
equation:
y-10 = (4/3)(x-5)
3y - 30 = 4x - 20
4x - 3y = -10
for x-intercept, let y=0
4x = -10
x = -5/2
