(x-2)(y-3)=0
xy - 3x - 2y + 6 = 0
y(x - 2) = 3x - 6
y = (3x - 6)/(x - 2)
y = 3(x - 2)/(x - 2)
y = 3, x ≠ 2
ahh, they are trying to trick us, it is simply a horizontal line of
y = 3, with a hole at (2,3)
that is, the point (2,3) does not exist
