Solve this system using elimination:
(3x-5y=4)
(-2x+6y=18)

3x-5y=4 -- times 2 ---> 6x - 10y = 8
-2x+6y=18 --- times 3 ----> -6x + 18y = 54
add them:
8y = 62
y = 31/4

sub this into 3x - 5y = 4
and solve for x
