m magnets total
p = m/4 + 6
that leaves 3 m/4 - 6
k = 2/3 ( 3m/4-6) + 2
that leaves 1/3 (3m/4 - 6) - 2
that seems to be 12 for t
12 = 1/3 (3m/4 - 6) - 2
14 * 3 = 3 m/4 - 6
48 = 3 m/4
m = 64
so
k = 2/3 ( 3*64/4 -6) + 2
k = 2 (10) + 2
k = 22
p = m/4 + 6
that leaves 3 m/4 - 6
k = 2/3 ( 3m/4-6) + 2

k = 22
