d1 = sqrt [ (2-2)^2 + (1+3)^2 ]
d2 = sqrt [ (-2-2)^2 + (1-1)^2 ]
d3 = sqrt [ (-2+2)*2 +(-3-1)^2 ]
d4 = sqrt[ (2+2)^2 + (-3+3)^2 ]
add the four lengths
