There are 12 girls and 14 boys in class today. What is the ratio of girls to boys in simplest terms?

I feel stupid asking for help with this but can someone help me 😭?!?!?!?

g/b = 12/14 = 2*2*3 / 2*7 = 2*3 / 7 = 6/7
