What is the formula for solving vertical angle of a cone

If you know the radius R and the height H it is easy to see half of it
tan (theta/2) = R/H
so
theta / 2 = tan^-1 (R/H)
then multiply by 2
tan (theta/2) = R/H
so
theta / 2 = tan^-1 (R/H)
then multiply by 2
