a piece of wire is bent to form a circle of area 6.16 squared centimeter. if the same piece of wire is bent to form a square, calculate the area enclosed by the square (use pi=22/7)

πr^2 = 6.16
C = 2πr
Now you know the length of the wire. The square has area
(C/4)^2 = C^2/16 = (2πr)^2/16 = π^2 r^2/4 = π^2 (6.16/π)/4 = 6.16π/4
