R = Radius = diameter / 2 = 20 / 2 = 10 ft

The center coordinate ( a , b )

a = 2 , b = - 8

Equation of a circle:

( x - a )² + ( y - b )² = R²

( x - 2 )² + [ y - ( - 8 ) ]² = 10²

( x - 2 )² + ( y + 8 )² = 100
