A uniform beam pf length 7.60 m and weight 450×10N is carroed by two workers sam and Joe,as shown in the diagram 2 .Determine the force that each person exerts on the beam

I do not see your diagram.
If Sam is s meters from his end. and Joe is j from Sam's end and the center is 3.80 meters from Sam's end then
using Sam's end as point
sf = Sam's force
jf = Joe's force
then
sf + jf = 450 * 10^ whatever you mean Newtons
sf * s + jf * j = 450 * 10^whatever * 3.80
If Sam is s meters from his end. and Joe is j from Sam's end and the center is 3.80 meters from Sam's end then
using Sam's end as point
sf = Sam's force
jf = Joe's force
then
sf + jf = 450 * 10^ whatever you mean Newtons
sf * s + jf * j = 450 * 10^whatever * 3.80
