I disagree with both of these names. I would name them this way. I assume the CN^- and Cl^- are in the coordination sphere for the first one although it isn't enclosed in parentheses so
trichlorotricyanochromium(VI)
diamminechlorocobalt(II) chloride
trichlorotricyanochromium(VI)
diamminechlorocobalt(II) chloride
