Poverty is not about the lack of resources as much as it is about the deterioration of the quality living of the person impoverished.

My essay is a response to reading about how poverty affects the person, so I wanted to take my essay in the direction of how it affects the community as well. I also wanted to talk about the responsibilities of the community when there are people in need of clean clothing, water, food and how to help them break through their cycle.
