Answered by Reiny
sum of roots = (-3 + 2i)/2 + (-3 - 2i)/2
= -3
product of roots = (-3 + 2i)/2 * (-3 - 2i)/2
= (9 - 4i^2)/4 = 13/4

equation: x^2 + 3x + 13/4 = 0
You wanted a = 1, so we leave it like that
