a = dv/dt = 0i - 9.8j and is constant.
v=0 when vi + at = 0
using that value of t,
v = vi + at
v=0 when vi + at = 0
using that value of t,
v = vi + at

when it reaches the top the x velocity is still 10 and the y velocity is 0
V = 10 i + 0 j
The acceleration is 0 i - 9.8 j forever (until it hits ground)
