The movement of tectonic plates buries a rock deep inside Earth. Intense heat and pressure change the mineral composition of the rock and transform it into Rock A. Rock A melts and comes out to the surface of Earth during a volcanic eruption. The molten rock cools rapidly to form Rock B.

B. Rock A may have shiny, glassy surface.
C. Rock A is composed of layers of sediments.
D. Rock B has a fine grainy texture and small crystals
I think the answer is D, but i was thinking about B. Please help me im unsure
