okay here is help
1. 16/4*2=8. Follow PEMDAS. No parenthesis, no exponents, there is both multiplication and division, but you do what comes first which is 16/4. 16/4=4. next you multiply 4 by 2 and that equals 8. So, 16/4*2=8.
2. 90/[10+(3^2 -4)]. Follow PEMDAS. There are parenthesis. The exponent is 3*3 and that equals 9. 9-4=5. Next you do the brackets and that is 10+5=15. Then you do 90/15 and that equals 6.
