Do you mean [HPO4]^2-
(or do you mean [HPO2]4-). I think the first one.

[HThe aPO4]^2- + HBrO ==> [H2PO4]^- + [BrO]^-
The acid on the right is the one with the most H atoms. The base is the one with the least H
