#1. P(red) is indeed 5/12
you don't say how many white marbles are to be drawn
#2. P(blue) = 3/12
P(blue,blue) = 3/12 * 3/12
P(blue,blue,blue) = (3/12)^3 = 1/64
#3. P(blue,red) = 3/12 * 5/11
#4. P(white,white) = 4/12 * 3/11
you don't say how many white marbles are to be drawn
#2. P(blue) = 3/12
P(blue,blue) = 3/12 * 3/12
P(blue,blue,blue) = (3/12)^3 = 1/64
#3. P(blue,red) = 3/12 * 5/11
#4. P(white,white) = 4/12 * 3/11
