Ms. Sue, you are extremely rude to a ton of students all of the time. We, as students, can't just sit around and wait for things to be shipped. We have to get our work done so we can move on to the next thing. You are always losing it on kids and then you want to say they are ignorant. We come here for your help, and when someone has a question and is searching for answers, YOU are showing yourself as ignorant when telling kids they are ignorant. I don't think you should have the right of being a "teacher" or "tutor," whatever you are. We have due dates for papers and homework, and when something doesn't get turned in, it is a 0, so we can't just wait for a book to be shipped. We come asking you guys for help because of those types of reasons. I think you are disrespectful and I am not the only one on here who thinks that. You would think you would have taken a hint by now, but I guess not. In my opinion you need to be more compassionate and considerate of other students on here looking for help. You make people feel unwelcome and stupid when you say things like we are "being ignorant" or with your excessive amount of exclamation points. Then some of the students who are looking for help feel dumb and say things like what Anna said. The whole "Yes, ma'am." BS.

I just use this site for answers, I think miss sue is in the right. For someone who give a lot of answers and tries to help I feel she has the right to be angry sometimes

I am the mother of a student and while I appreciate the help understanding questions at times, I completely resent the condescending nature with which you respond to children and you should be removed from the site. Just be nice, I would never call a student ignorant or anyone for that matter. You owe that child an apology. I will take this further if she does not get one.
