If you mean
n^(4/3) = m
then
log<sub><sub>n</sub></sub>m = 4/3
or,
(4/3)log n = log m
n^(4/3) = m
then
log<sub><sub>n</sub></sub>m = 4/3
or,
(4/3)log n = log m
